§ 1 Paid Registration

The registration of a company or product costs €99,- (special offers excluded). This is a one-time fee and no further charges will be made. If the payment is not received within 14 days of the registration legal steps against the registered company will be taken, unless within three days of the information about the registration we are informed, that the registration was done by mistake or not by a representative of the company.

§ 2 Free Registration

Free registration is only possible for events or non-profit organisations dealing with renewable energy, energy efficiency or sustainable development. Such registration is free of charge if:

1. our logo or link to www.re-database.com is published on the website of the event or organisation within 24 hours of the addition to the Directory, and
2. email with the shortcut to the page where our logo or link to our website has been published is sent to  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

§ 3 Facebook

As soon as the payment has been received, information about your company, product, event or organisation will also be published on our facebook page with a link directly to your website.

§ 4 The right to refuse registration

We reserve the right to refuse the publication of infrmation about your company, event, product or organisation if:

• Important information is missing (address, logo, description)
• The company, event or organization has nothing to do with renewable energy.
• The text of the announcement is other than English

§ 5 The removal of registration 

We may also decide to remove an organization or company from our website if we are informed about repetitive breach of customer rights by the entity or if the activity of the entity is damaging for the renewable energy industry or reputation of our platform. In that case - if the registration was paid for and the company, organization or event was published on our website for a period shorter than 6 months - the full amount paid will be refunded. 

You can also request removal of your registration at any time by sending an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . In that case, however, no refund will be provided.
